Job Description
  • Undertake credit control activities, in accordance with the defined processes, to ensure prompt premium payment and to achieve agreed KPIs
  • Handling of internal and external customer queries in an efficient, practical and professional manner
  • Build effective relationships with both internal & external customers
  • Allocation of payments to policy entries
  • Act in accordance with assigned authority levels
  • Provide reporting to Credit Controller Team Leader as required
  • Perform specialized tasks required to support operations and producing financial reports

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • GCSE or equivalent (including Maths and English at Grade C or above)
  • Accounting or Credit Management qualification to certificate level preferred, or a desire to study towards this qualification would be desirable
  • Experience of working in Finance/credit management or a customer facing role would be desirable
