Carries out all property marketing activities for branch listings, for example creating property brochures & enhancing photography.
Manages customer communications from property marketing, to offer and sale; ensuring the correct correspondence is issued at the appropriate times.
Meets & Greets, answers the phone & monitors branch emails to handle customer queries & ensure they passed to the correct team member to follow up.
Where required, registers potential buyer’s details/property requirements & proposes properties that match their criteria.
Where required, registers potential seller's details & books face to face appointments to discuss their move & our services
Works with line manager to develop & deliver local marketing activities for brand promotion; such as posting on social media or organizing the promotion of a local event.
Checks out property keys as required & maintains accurate records.
Stock control of branch collateral such as canvasing materials, brochures, stationary, for sale/sold boards.
Recognize minimum customer service performance standards and how to achieve them and works to deliver a consistently high service standard.
