They are now looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and willingness to take on an extremely varied accounts role.
The ideal candidate will be AAT qualified, or part-qualified or qualified by experience, with at least three year's previous accounts experience gained within the construction sector.This is a full-time role.
Duties:
- Processing purchase ledger, sales ledger and subcontract ledger on Sage Line 50 Professional
- Posting bank receipts and payments and performing bank reconciliations weekly/monthly
- Reconciling ledgers, resolving queries, and producing reports for management
- Processing CIS and retention amounts for subcontractors and sales, together with CIS monthly returns and issue monthly statements
- Process all invoicing and financial documentation relating to companies serviced offices and their property portfolio
- Obtain attendance / timesheet details from on-site, agency staff and office-based employees
- Payroll administration according to experience
- Financial administrative duties to support the directors
