We are looking for a highly committed individual who is flexible and proactive with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
Hours: 37.5 per week; flexible 7.5 hour shifts between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
GCSE Math and English or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years previous credit control experience. Experience with customer negotiations. Experience in managing own workload and meeting deadlines. A professional and confident telephone manner. Excellent, oral, written and negotiation skills. Strong organization and time management skills. Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. A high level of attention to detail. Previous healthcare experience. Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP and pivot tables).
