Job Description

Function acts as generalist P&C for the Retail population in EMEA. They are involved daily on all P&C Cylical work i.e. Pulse/CPW. They will also lead various projects that are agreed. The team also manage all ER related activity including Service Now tile responses, writing and delivering training and resources on Line Manager Toolkits. They will be the SME on other functions projects. Manager of Function acts as BP to AD Retail.
A Day In The Life

  • Provide day to day advice to all EMEA population via Service Now Tile. End to end process from raising a ticket to adding collaborators and resolving/closing ticket. This will stretch from Retail - SSC EMEA
  • Manage P&C dashboard in order to flag and escalate common themes that support the team to priorities bite size training or tools and resources that need either producing or re communicating
  • In collaboration with the P&C Specialist create tools and resources in line with various local legislation that support our Line Managers capability in market
  • Produce regular data overviews and reports with regards to People Data - i.e. CPW analysis and themes/Pulse themes and action
  • Produce various letters/forms in relation to P&C activity as determined by Org Change/payroll change/contract adendums
  • Responsible for vacation tracking/French RTT day tracking
  • Work Day actions including Visa Expiry audits/in progress activity/leave dates reports

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience in using Workday/ServiceNow. Good understanding of spreadsheets via excel (or other systems). Experience in production of basic reports. A nice to have would be an additional language such as German or French.
