Applicants must have good organizational skills, a range of office skills and experience in working in reception/administration. Warmth and empathy are important as you will have both face to face and telephone contact with vulnerable service users on a daily basis. Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly approach and being enthusiastic are all required for this post. A knowledge of dental software would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
