Duties
- Ensure all service administration duties are carried out accurately and within agreed time scales
- To print and prepare all daily job cards.
- Check vehicle history including service regime and previous work carried out
- Correct any anomalies on the job cards.
- Carry out first recall & campaign check.
- Take job cards to workshop for pre-emptive parts picking
- Download weekly Polk bookings lead and upload in to booking system and make first wave contact.
- Ensure reporting deadlines are met and audit quality standards are achieved
- Maintain close relationships with members of the accounting team and inform them of non-compliance of group audit standards.
