Job Description
- Embed strong accounting and financial systems and controls.
- Support the delivery of efficient accounting and financial systems.
- Oversee accounting policies, processes, procedures to meet appropriate accounting standards.
- Conduct ongoing regular reviews of financial systems and controls and makes recommendations for improvements.
- Collates, produces, and communicates financial management reports and analysis.
- Produces analysis to support P&L projections.
- Manage requests for information from regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all local and local tax rules and legislation.
- Produces and provides information for internal and external reporting/audit purposes.
- Participates where requested in regulatory discussions with regulators.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience in a similar role, with strong leadership skills.
- Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or qualified by experience.
- Previous management accounting and reporting experience preferably from a financial services or professional services industry.
- Advanced Excel skills with strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
