Job Description
We are looking for a bubbly, friendly individual who is looking to start their career in the lettings industry. You will need to have good verbal and written communication and excellent attention to detail. GCSES C/4 or above in Math and English are essential with good Microsoft Office knowledge.
Duties include:
- Meeting and Greeting customers into the building
- Answering the telephone
- Responding to emails
- Filling and Scanning
- Inputting data onto Microsoft Office and their unique data-base
- Checking folders accurately to make sure they have the correct documents
- Diary management
- Checking each property pack as the correct certificates necessary
- Progression – booking and attending viewings
