Job Description

We are recruiting for a Payroll Administrator with Bureau experience working for a well-established company in Beaconsfield.

  • Monday to Friday
  • 9am-5pm

Duties:

  • Managing payroll (weekly, fortnightly, monthly).
  • Managing the whole process.
  • Production and dispatch of pay slips and P45's etc.
  • Updating clients and auto enrolling. 
  • Input and reporting to/from the payroll system (mainly STAR).
  • Production of files for upload to the relevant pension providers.
  • Consultation and reconciliation of payments with checks clients.
  • Auto Enrolment set-up, including use of The Pensions Regulator website.
  • Updating data sheets and database.
  • General admin.
  • Timesheets.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Updating Line Manager constantly with any issues.
  • Bureau experience.
  • Payroll experience.
