Job Description
- Creating and delivering project work plans for small to medium sized projects including digital, IT and general business change
- Delivering development projects using agile methodologies
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates on project progress
- Managing day-to-day operational aspects of the projects
- Documenting technical requirements for existing and new projects based on summary requirements from clients
- Converting technical requirements documents into a series of features, user stories and tasks for developers to complete within sprints
- Scheduling and running sprint planning, review and retrospective meetings
- Ensuring project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored
- Working closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the projects
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Good exposure to managing a mix of projects at any one time
- Experience of producing project documentation
- Good experience communicating and working with third parties
- Experience gathering requirements and writing user stories
- Excellent time management skill
- Any other tools and processes are advantageous - JIRA, RAID, Prince 2
