Job Description
- Analyzing and financial reporting
- Directing financial planning and strategy
- Liaising with international factories on a daily basis
- Oversee, review, and adhere to the budgets for each business department
- Ensure that all of the company’s financial practices are in line in statutory regulations and legislation
- Monitor cash flow and other financial transactions
- Manage and supervise financial assistant in the facilitation of day-to-day operations including invoicing and payroll, etc.
- Prepare official reports on a monthly and annual basis
- Create and maintain relationships with service providers and contractors, including international stakeholders, factories etc.
- Update and implement financial policies and procedures
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- A minimum of 5 year’s experience at similar level – Finance Director / Finance Controller etc.
- MUST be Qualified – ACCA / Degree in accounting, business or finance
- Have excellent working Sage knowledge – essential
- Be commercially aware and worked within a similar background – fashion, accessories, FMCG etc.
- Strategic and analytical thinker
- Will be trustworthy and honest due to nature of the role – confidentiality etc.
- Have a strong understanding of data privacy standards and of tax
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, thorough understanding of business principles and practices
