Job Description
  • Monitor all loans and facilities across our established portfolios ensuring that all payments and drawdowns are completed in a timely manner, on-going lender requirements are met, and information and covenants are complied with according to legal agreements.
  • Management of bank account onboarding process, as well as management of payment processing workstreams (including onboarding of providers such as Worldpay and Stripe).
  • Regularly review treasury policies & procedures, ensuring that they are implemented through tight operational practices and systems of work.
  • Responsible for the accuracy, completeness and reconciliation of all treasury related financial data.
  • In conjunction with the Senior Director, Project Finance, assist with analysis of new funding opportunities, structures including derivative structures, and alternative covenant structures.
  • Take prime responsibility for lender, banking and consultant relationships at the operational level.
  • Manage the budget, forecast, and reporting processes for all treasury costs.
  • Maintain and develop treasury reporting including responsibility for integrity of data held within the Chatham Portal, and production of periodic treasury reports for the business.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the Investment Finance team as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Graduate caliber with appropriate accountancy and / or treasury qualification as well as equivalent relevant experience.
  • Knowledge and experience of treasury management including managing complex loan portfolios, derivative arrangements, liquidity and cash flow forecasting and techniques for analysis of funding and hedging.
  • Ability to develop good working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • High level Excel skills.
  • Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines and multi-tasking are essential, using initiative to priorities.
  • Debt compliance and investor reporting experience.
  • Experience working within the real estate sector across European jurisdictions.
  • Experience working with off-shore real estate structures.
