Job Description
-Management and leadership of the Warehouse team, setting objectives, monitoring performance
-Ensure all production needs are fulfilled in a timely manner
-Warehouse storage space optimisation
-Understand and ensure implementation and compliance with the Company Health & Safety Policies and Procedures.
-Liaise with main haulage companies and planning
-Be responsible for all loading and unloading of vehicles and trailers on site, processing of orders including physical inspection, picking and packing
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
-Ideally previous experience working within a warehouse or a similar environment
-Ability to engage, motivate and influence a team to deliver results
- Computer literacy
-A conscientious approach with attention to detail
-Good organisational skills and ability to work well under pressure
-FLT Counterbalance, Reach Truck and Overhead crane preferable, but not essential.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Good time management and self-motivation with the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
