Key Relationships

• Work collaboratively with the Food Operations Manager, attending meetings, store visits, and providing reports as requested
• Manage, and work with staff in the "base" store on a day-to-day basis
• Meet, and work with, the store managers within the cluster on a regular basis
• Have periodic contact with the Chief Executive attending store visits and scheduled review meetings as required
• Have periodic contact with other senior executives as necessary, attending store visits and scheduled review meetings as required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

We would love it if you had a minimum of 1 year’s previous experience within a similar Convenience environment!

Essential

• At least 1 years’ experience in Convenience Retail
• Previous experience within a management role
