Job Description
Undertake general administration for the Centre, including scanning, photocopying, printing, and filing various documents
Letter writing and record keeping including data entry and creating reports
Meet and greet external visitors, acting as the first port of call for the centre
Support staff with phone cover, redirecting calls and taking messages as appropriate
Assist with the Health and Safety of the building, including liaising with external bodies such as site management to arrange building inspections
Carry out first aid and fire safety equipment checks and keeping the site H&S book up to date.
Assist with any stock or supply orders where necessary
Assist with social media and fundraising activity
Provide I.T support to the team at the Centre
Gain a basic knowledge of payroll and finance relating to the Centre so that you can provide support to the Centre manager in these areas
Attend meetings with the Centre manager as appropriate
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
English and Math GCSE Grade C or above
Good attention to detail
Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Good organization skills and ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Computer literate with basic IT skills including Microsoft Office Word and Excel
Ability to communicate well, both written and verbally, with a good telephone manner
A can-do attitude with a positive outlook
Flexible approach to work and reacts well to change
An eagerness to learn and develop, and undertake additional training if required
