Job Description
Daily invoicing to clients, cross checking with client portals
Raising of engineer permits
Answering incoming calls and distributing
Updating of company service management system and client portals
Ad-hoc duties as requested by the Customer Service Manager
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum 5 GCSEs at C Grade or equivalent, including Maths & English
Proficient using Microsoft packages (specifically Excel)
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
Strong, articulate telephone manner
Excellent time keeping and organisational skills with a “can do” attitude
Excellent communication skills
Ability to use own initiative
