Job Description

The current contract provides support in prisons and probation trusts so offenders can access services and support around housing, education, and employment.  Managing a team of 2 you will:

• Review the existing programme, reviewing gaps in provision and then looking at solutions (this could be internal, or external by bringing on board supply chain partners)
• Creating legacy projects.  This could include creating a social enterprise that benefits ex-offenders.
• Review joint funding options with partners for service delivery
• Leading on bids and applications
• Support with onboarding and mobilisation of subcontractors
