Job Description

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing sending out all sales invoices and build relationship with internal staff to help with the debt collection
• Deal with any aged debtors directly with the client
• Managing project financial performance
• General financial and office management tasks as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 year’s experience, who has experience with credit control which is essential and can work to tight deadlines. The business is looking for a candidate with the right mindset to want to grow within the business. Experience working with project finances and Xero is beneficial but not essential. A keen sense of initiative, ability to build strong relationships within the business.
