Job Description
Support all aspects of the companies Human Resources function across two business sites
Striving to support in the delivery of a comprehensive HR service
Recording employee absence (including return to work interviews/calls)
Ensuring employee personnel files are kept up to date on the HR share point and internal system
Measuring employee satisfaction and welfare and identifying areas that require improvement
Helping implement and administering the learning and development agenda to help meet company objectives
Administering the companies reward and recognition programme
Organizing training timetables and inductions for new starters
Recruiting for positions across the organization in a timely manner ensuring candidates have meet the desired expectations
Carrying out pre-employment checks, creating offer letters and raising contracts of employment
Scheduling and documenting probation meetings and ensuring managers complete mid and end of year reviews by the set deadline
Administering and documenting the leavers process
Administering employee company benefits
Issuing communications through the internal employee hubs
Benefits
Hours of work will be Monday to Thursday: 8.00-17.00, Friday 8.00-16.30

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
CIPD accredited qualification preferred (desirable not essential)
Excellent communication skills
Minimum of two years HR administration experience
Previous experience in recruiting and onboarding is desirable
Highly motivated
Experience of dealing with employees and key stakeholders at all levels
Ability to represent the HR function as a professional and role model
Good problem-solving skills and an ability to think outside of the box.
