Job Description
The role is to support customer enquiries regarding the events taking place and liaising with various external stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the events.
- Handling queries and responding to emails
- Providing quotes to clients / venues
- Chasing invoices and answering any queries
- Managing bookings and organizing on the system
- Following proposals on the phone
- Arranging meetings and viewings
- Organizing final timings and numbers ahead of the events
- Customer satisfaction calls and service reviews on the success of the event
