Job Description

The role is to support customer enquiries regarding the events taking place and liaising with various external stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the events.

  • Handling queries and responding to emails
  • Providing quotes to clients / venues
  • Chasing invoices and answering any queries
  • Managing bookings and organizing on the system
  • Following proposals on the phone
  • Arranging meetings and viewings
  • Organizing final timings and numbers ahead of the events
  • Customer satisfaction calls and service reviews on the success of the event

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous experience within an events or sales/ marketing role
  • Highly organized and a self-stater
  • Strong IT skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to speak to various stakeholders
  • Highly organized and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to remain flexible and adaptable at times
