Job Description
- Leading and developing a team of 4
- Do a root and branch review of finance
- Understand and articulate the plans financially for the growth strategy
- Drive out relevant KPIs and tighten the planning cycle
- Take some leadership with the CEO to enable the current HoF to breath and get on top of workload
- Build out cash flow models
- Support on any conversations with banks around borrowing
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Qualified accountant
- Retail sector experience
- Hands-on style with a strong eye for detail and the ability to operate independently
- Proven ability to interface with commercial as well as technical teams
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with inter-department teams
