Job Description

• Owning the monthly production of management accounts and business information, and issuing to the Board and management team
• Cash flow forecasting and operational management of cash flow
• Work with Founders and other Directors to establish a business partnering function, providing actionable insights on company performance and follow up with managers across the company
• Build commercial analysis for assessing business performance such as client profitability
• Work alongside Finance Director and Finance Assistant to build out the Finance function’s remit, identifying efficiency improvements to existing processes, and building new ones to support our growing international scale
• Assist Finance Director in annual budgeting process
• Work with external accountants on statutory financial and tax filings

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Qualified Accountant (ACA or ACCA) with 0 to 2 years PQE
• Excited by start-ups, with an interest in technology.
• A willingness to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in across the company. This role will stretch you and require you to be involved across many topics and areas of the business.
