Job Description
  • Leading day-to-day accounting operations performed by R2R outsourced and captive teams
  • Analyze change requests which will come through to the Global R2R template and then advise changes required for the design cycle and liaising with Business Readiness teams
  • Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the R2R function to ensure improvements are integrated in the work routine
  • Deliver the R2R global training lifecycle including training needs analysis, material development, training co-ordination and delivery

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Exposure to finance transformation projects
  • Strong experience in R2R
  • Experience with captive OR BPO outsourced teams
  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
