Job Description

The role is ideally suited to an individual who has at least 5 years industry experience who is looking to further develop their skills and secure a long-term role for the future. This is a fantastic opportunity to allow great progression and fast track your career, working directly within the Operations and Sales departments within the business.

You must have experience with administrative and clerical procedures and have a high attention to detail. They must be highly motivated with a professional attitude and posess a willingness to learn new skills, demonstrating a can-do approach. Solid written, numerical and verbal communication skills are necessary for this role.

Key Duties:

  • Assist on all project based inquiries internally and externally.
  • Communicate with operations team on logistics to ensure efficient delivery updates is provided to clients.
  • Supporting sales department with client quotations, updating database and completing general client requests.
  • Handle administrative tasks for the project and team members to keep the project running smoothly.
