The Senior Finance Manager leads a friendly team of six, including Management Accountants, Accounts Payable and a Bank and Cash Accountant too. A hard working bunch, there is so much opportunity to develop their skills through financial study and internal training, supporting them with their aspirations both in and out of work.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• You are a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with at least 3 year’s experience post qualification
• You have technical and statutory accounting expertise
• You are a confident and empathetic leader, making sure to role model success, and get your hands stuck in
• You have a passion for fixing problems, and making sure they don’t happen again
• Your communication style can adjust to meet the needs of each business partner
• You can balance conflicting demands and financial constraints.
• You are self-motivated without the need for direct supervision, passionate, positive, and hard-working, with a willingness to reach out for help or more information when needed.
• You are highly flexible and able to adapt to ever changing environments
• You will act as a member of one team with one goal, will always be yourself, and work hard. Most importantly, you dream big
• You are always looking for ways to learn and improve, to inspire people while having fun and doing the right thing
