Job Description
The purpose of the role is to provide efficient and effective administration support to the project’s operational team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as point of contact for teams/supervisors with regards to plant exchanges, new plant requirements, plant moves, small tools and deep ex requirements etc.
- Update utility drawings / Maps to identify works undertaken (Editing PDF documents).
- Maintain a log of small tools/plants.
- Ordering/Keeping track of consumables.
- Check, collate and obtain manager approval for timesheet processing.
- Handle customer complaints and enquiries, escalating as appropriate.
- Assisting teams/supervisor with their iPad/Tablets (Liaising with IT when needed).
- Arrange PPE for new starters.
- Provide support with all project documentation, production of job packs, replenishing drawings/Maps.
- Keep accurate records and maintain data to enable timely and effective reports.
- Ordering of stationary/office requirements.
- Attend meetings when required to provide admin support and minutes.
- Provide general admin support to the operational team.
