Key functional responsibilities:
- Managing the month end process, ensuring accuracy and delivery of the monthly reporting.
- Preparation of Revenue by Client reporting and analysis of the data
- Accounting for the costs of the business and challenging the business through the production of appropriate monthly cost Centre reporting.
- Supporting with the Intercompany postings and reconciliations.
- Support in the budgeting process and support managers with the production of their cost budgets.
- Accurate processing of employee expenses ensuring compliance with travel and expense policy.
- Processing of payroll journals, completion of monthly payroll reconciliations and headcount reporting.
- Receipting of purchase orders where applicable to allow processing of purchase ledger invoices to ensure segregation of duties.
- Balance sheet reconciliations for deferred revenue, deferred costs and costs, Support the Finance, Post of project hours, completing monthly cost of sales analysis, rolling forward the monthly management accounts, Support the year end audit process and investigate any audit queries.
- Working with the Project Managers and Account Managers to ensure the timely approval of project hours at month end and posting of the project hours on the ERP system.
