Job Description

This will be a brilliant opportunity for somebody qualified looking to get direct, high level exposure to key stakeholders within Private Equity and transactions, including Investor Relations, fund bankers and fund administrators. Responsibilities:

• Prepare the quarterly investor report, in accordance with the Portfolio Management team
• Oversee the Fund Accounting work currently performed by the Fund Administrators
• Liaising and responding to clients, and third parties and ensuring client and third party request or queries are dealt with appropriately
• Review cash flow projections for the main Funds
• Variance analysis on equity investments in portfolio companies
• Providing Fund information to the Investor Relations team
• Assist setting up new subsidiaries

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
• Technical knowledge of Private Equity Funds/Investment Management/Financial Services
