You will provide training to the administrators in financial procedures by organizing training for new starters, training on new processes or identifying individuals that may require ad hoc support on specific processes. Alongside advising & reviewing actions identified off the back of any internal audits to ensure that the issues are resolved in a timely manner. You will provide them with day to day feedback on areas of concern where evidence suggests non-compliance to financial processes and the planned actions to resolve these issues, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes.
Benefits
You’ll have finance or accounting experience and will be proficient in Microsoft Office with good literacy and numeracy skills. You might have previous experience in delegating tasks and training new starters but this is not essential.
This is a busy and varied role, so you’ll need to be efficient and organized and happy to use your initiative to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner. With good communication and interpersonal skills, you’ll be comfortable in an elderly care setting and able to relate to our residents in a caring and sensitive manner.
