Job Description
A role which will provide a challenging, fast paced and varied position for someone with a strong work ethic and a desire to get on. We are recruiting for someone who can proactively support the various teams within the department in carrying out administrative and support tasks and duties.
These will include but are not limited to:
- Answering the telephone in a prompt and professional manner
- Reviewing and authorizing client and supplier invoices
- Manage, maintain and actively chase aged debt
- Distribute and send daily post
- Support teams in ad hoc projects as required
- Arrange valuations of properties liaising with clients, key holders and estate agents
- Administration of contractor maintenance reports and photographs
