Taking and directing incoming calls and mail
Maintaining office supplies
Tracking job planning and ensure workflow system up to date
Maintaining client data
Raising invoices and managing credit control
Companies House filing for clients and managing filing deadlines
Assisting with office duties
Coordinating office health and safety
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Confident and organized with a positive attitude
Excellent written and spoken English, and a polite phone/email manner as well as some numeracy skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Drives with own car and willing to work from the West Oxon office once a week.
Office administration experience (finance industry experience desirable)
