Job Description
You will embrace the opportunity to work in a construction environment, located in a somewhat remote, yet picturesque setting. You will work in conjunction with the Site Manager and other members of the site management team, to maintain accurate and up to date administrative information, such as records, reports, data entry, and other general admin, as required.
The role briefly encompasses the following duties: -
- Input and maintaining of annual leave allowance
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Address wages enquiries for all staff
- Maintaining, recording, and reporting of all elements of employee's status
- Note taking during Investigations and Disciplinaries
- To ensure Return to Work and Self Certifications are completed
- To ensure new starters and leavers information is sent
- Using company purchasing system (Sage X3), create purchase orders where required, for items such as stationery etc.
