You're a mind-reader due to your ability to anticipate what your customer wants before they even knew what they wanted. You will love change, be confident and focused on delivering outstanding guest experience whilst overseeing a busy reception.
What will I be responsible for as a Receptionist?
- “Making Guests Smile” – provide a warm welcome, genuine care and constantly finding innovative ways to exceed guest expectations
- Checking guests in and out using Opera PMS, in line with brand standards
- Ensuring all guest charges are accurate and process payments in accordance to company policy
- Handling guest complaints in a calm and empathizing manner
- Communicating and liaising with various departments in the hotel to provide guest with a seamless stay
- Actively promoting our loyalty program, IHG Rewards Club
- Maximizing opportunities to generate revenue through upselling
- Performing reservation arrival checks
