Job Description
- Stationery stock keeping, co-ordination of on-call service and helpline Rota
- Finance administration – ordering equipment, obtaining supplier quotations, invoice processing
- Service operations support – answering helpdesk phone calls, basic troubleshooting of problems, ensuring tickets responded to within SLAs
- Programme and service support – logging and tracking service desk requests, perform updates of pages of the intranet
- Departmental safety coordinator
- Other duties as directed by line manager or Head
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent
- Previous work experience as an administrator/ PA/ office assistant
- IT literate and an experience of writing basic business documents
- Good time management, attention to detail, and good written and verbal communication skills
