Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The ideal candidate must have the following:

  • Minimum 5 GCSEs grade 4-9 (including 6 or above in math and English) or, three A-levels or equivalent level 2/3 qualification
  • Experience using computers
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel)
  • Experience of sending emails
  • Experience dealing with customers
  • Experience handling responsibility
