Providing general day to day administration support for the office including:
Handling telephone calls
Dealing with clients face to face including reception duties
Handling incoming/outgoing post
Handling cash and other payments from clients
Posting receipts onto our accounting system
Various other administrative duties as required including archiving, photocopying, stationery orders, payment of invoices etc
Maintaining our client database
