Job Description
- Typing of letters, fee notes, accounts, emails etc.
- Answering and directing telephone calls
- Diary management
- Various office duties, i.e. franking post, maintaining stationery, filing etc
Good accurate typing skills are essential and must be proficient in word and excel. Good telephone manner required and must be capable of adapting to a small team. The individual needs to be proactive, self-motivated together with good organizational skills.
