Job Description
Working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday from 7.30am to 3pm for an initial period of 14 months. This is a great opportunity to join a Global Testing, Inspection and Certification business with growth plans for its Warrington location.
Assisting our Reception and Administrative functions within our Support Services Department you will be tasked with the following responsibilities;
- General administrative tasks consisting of collation of reports, formatting and issuing of the reports to the customer, raising purchase orders, scanning of documents, photocopying, updating Excel spreadsheets, stationery orders
- Receptionist duties (when providing cover) to include switchboard responsibilities, emailing inductions, emergency roll call, scheduling of meeting rooms, arranging couriers, booking of taxis, management of reception inbox
