Manage payroll and HR administration to include time and attendance and holiday recording.
Support site people processes.
Responsible for agency booking, collation and management of timesheets and associated invoicing processes.
Process PO’s and reconcile invoices.
Understands the impact of own actions and others on achieving site/business OGSM and how it impacts the bottom line.
Order uniforms & PPE – responsible for the managing stock control and distribution.
Demonstrate health and safety leadership and commitment through embedding the Muller safety culture.
General office and facilities management including the co-ordination of hospitality when required.
Responsible for the delivery of site inductions and induction processes.
Responsible for ensuring site communications are kept up to date i.e. notice boards / newsletter distribution.
Communicate with all contacts in a professional manner.
Act as first point of contact for the site, carrying out reception duties when required.
Responsible for the investigation into credit control claims.
Actively seeks out improvement opportunities within the workplace and converts to own projects.
Collaboratively works with other team members to improve the business.
