Job Description

You are responsible for ensuring all our Group Companies adhere to commercial and financial procedures and are accountable to the Main Board of Directors. A successful candidate will eventually have the opportunity to train as Internal Auditor, assisting the Internal Audit Supervisor on site visits.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete checks on various company documents such as: Purchase Invoices / Nominal Payments / Cheques / New Supplier Applications
  • Operate a central mailbox and phone line.
  • Conduct checks on company processes with Expenses / Petty Cash / Cash advances.

Salary Guide:

  • To be negotiated depending on experience.

Hours:

  • Basic Working Hours 22.50
  • Monday – Friday 09.30 am – 2.30pm – Could be flexible dependent requirements.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Basic experience in an office environment.
  • An excellent team player.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Self- motivated and able to work on own initiative.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including both written and verbal communication.
  • Experience using / navigating SAP.
  • A clean full UK driving license.
