Job Description
You are responsible for ensuring all our Group Companies adhere to commercial and financial procedures and are accountable to the Main Board of Directors. A successful candidate will eventually have the opportunity to train as Internal Auditor, assisting the Internal Audit Supervisor on site visits.
Responsibilities:
- Complete checks on various company documents such as: Purchase Invoices / Nominal Payments / Cheques / New Supplier Applications
- Operate a central mailbox and phone line.
- Conduct checks on company processes with Expenses / Petty Cash / Cash advances.
Salary Guide:
- To be negotiated depending on experience.
Hours:
- Basic Working Hours 22.50
- Monday – Friday 09.30 am – 2.30pm – Could be flexible dependent requirements.
