Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a high performing and experienced Customer Service Rep/ Sales Admin Team Assistant on a full-time basis to join the growing team in Plymouth. Monday – Friday 42.5 hours per week, (1/2 hour unpaid lunch). We can be flexible on the start/ finish time providing that it is within our core hours of 7am to 5pm, and Monday-Friday.
The role and responsibilities, and the person:
- The successful candidate will be passionate about customer care, customer relationship building, and delivering excellent customer service with the ability to build effective rapport with customers.
- You will be focused on success and great team-work. You will also be driven to grow, attain and continuously improve our processes and standards.
- You will be providing exceptional service to new & existing customers by answering the phone, replying to emails and using web order software.
- You will process customer orders to a high level of accuracy.
- No two calls are the same and your responsibilities will range from managing customer queries to taking a payment, or simply explaining in more detail to customers about our products.
- The role can be challenging, with a high level of accuracy required for processing orders, and extensive product knowledge which will be gained by training and experience.
- You will use your excellent service skills to ensure that every customer is treated in a refreshingly straightforward way.
- Working in an office environment, with strict COVID secure processes.
- Achieve team related and personal KPI’s which need to be hit consistently.
