The primary aim of this role is to provide comprehensive and proactive administrative support for various activities, including support to activity leads and associated committee meetings, to carry out general administrative duties and organize/run events and to provide cover for the EA to the Head of School during periods of annual leave/absence, this will include significant diary management.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a busy administrative setting, will be able to demonstrate attention to detail and will have excellent communication skills. They will have the ability to work in partnership with professional services, academic and research colleagues, share best practice, and undertake personal and professional development.
The post holder will be employed by the School and as such may be required to support other areas, across the School. There will be a considerable need to respond to change in the foreseeable future and the post holder will actively work to support senior managers in achieving this objective.
