As a Customer Services Co-ordinator, you will be helping clients with WIFI IT issues and resolving these in a timely and professional manner. You will be updating client records/maintaining the database, and providing quotations & general support to customers.
The core role of the Customer Services Co-Ordinator is to provide a 5-star service to clients and end-users in the form of 1st line customer service support via email, telephony, live chat and face to face. The role is also required to provide support in building and amending support systems to improve productivity and efficiency within the techniques our client use and support other areas of the business during busy periods
We're looking for a candidate who has excellent Customer Service skills along with having competent IT skills. You'll be using all the up to date Apple Macs in your role, full training can be given on this.
Good level of IT Literacy is essential
A good level of experience of providing excellent customer services
Desirable:
Experience in WiFi/Network industries would be advantageous but not essential
