You will have the opportunity to work as part of the team, to provide a quality service for the people we work with. You will be the first point of contact for all referrals within the Community Champions pathway, you will connect Champions with clients and book venues. You will support and process all the data and outcomes needed to ensure the successful running of Living Well.
