Job Description
Creating invoices and bookkeeping records for multiple tenants.
Processing invoices and allocating payments, trades and bank transactions into fund accounting systems in accordance with policies and procedures.
Maintaining and reconciling static data.
Preparing client reports including client bank account payment runs.
Providing assistance to the Senior Fund Accountant in preparing management accounts schedules.
Overseeing a client portfolio and ensuring all work is completed quickly and efficiently.
Assisting with client auditor queries and in on-boarding new clients.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ideally, you will be AAT qualified with 2-4 years relevant experience in dealing with property leases and rental invoicing.
You will possess excellent interpersonal skills along with an ability to communicate effectively both on a written and a verbal basis.
You will be highly organised and able to meet strict deadlines with ease.
You will be self-motivated and eager to progress and develop.
A solid grounding in the use of Microsoft Office programmes such as Excel, Word and Outlook is essential.
Some prior experience of sales or purchase ledgers, ideally within the real estate sector, would be advantageous.
