Job Description
- Consolidating all financial data necessary to undertake accurate accounting.
- Preparing financial reports, forecasts, budgets, accounts, and financial statements in line with deadlines.
- Preparing all requirements by the Tax authority including but not limited to PAYE, VAT, and Corporate Tax.
- Undertaking month end processes including but not limited to account reconciliations, bank reconciliations and depreciation.
- Controlling income, cash flow, expenditure and credit and cost control.
- Helping to safeguard the integrity and security of the firm’s financial systems and processes.
- Aiding in the Line Management of the Finance Team.
- Contributing ideas and solutions to the Finance function to ensure the delivery of a high-quality service.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- ACA/ACCA/ICAEW qualified accountant.
- Thorough knowledge of all aspects of UK accounting standards and principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organised, proactive, ambitious, and quick to learn.
- SaaS experience highly advantageous.
