Job Description

To run a slick and streamlined administration function that creates an excellent client experience and removes all non-technical work from the accountants.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting with onboarding new clients - Setting up new clients on our Internal systems, setting up accounts (Xero, Go Cardless, Dext), welcome packs, welcome gifts, welcome calls, setting up onboarding meeting, obtaining professional clearance from other accountancy firms, authorising clients for services.
  • Responsible for the customer service, setting up the meeting room for meetings, setting up the lightbox, arranging drinks and snacks etc.
  • Welcoming clients and contacts when they come in for meetings
  • Handle office inbound calls
  • Supporting with requesting Onboarding information from new clients
  • Supporting with professional clearance inbound and outbound
  • Chasing existing clients for information to allow the technical team to complete jobs i.e VAT, Payroll, Year End Accounts and Self-Assessment Returns
  • Supporting with Annual Client Fee reviews
  • Supporting with Client disengagement
  • Supporting with Client Birthday cards
  • Scan post and forward to client and team
  • Supporting with sending team gifts
  • Arranging travel/accommodation
  • Diary and email management
  • Supporting with office upkeep activities

Alongside your role, you will study to complete the level 3 Business Administration qualification.
