Job Description
We are looking for a Hotel Receptionist to carry out all aspects of the hotel customer journey from reservation to departure whilst delivering a high standard of customer service to our guests, duties to include:
- Meeting and greeting
- Dealing with reservation enquires
- Check guests in and out of the apartments
- General administration
- Dealing with telephone and email enquires
- Cash handling.
Hours are 14 per week based on the following Rota:
- Week 1 Wednesday 2pm to 9pm and Friday 2pm to 9pm
- Week 2 Thursday 2pm to 9pm and Sunday 2pm to 9pm.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must be computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft outlook would be preferred. Previous Hotel Reception experience is preferred.
Experience:
- Hotel & Accommodations Guest Services Staff: 1 year (preferred)
