Job Description
  • Finance - supplier invoices, reports, members expenses and recharges
  • Facilities - assisting in the management of Chambers’ premises and facilities
  • Compliance and Regulatory matters and maintaining records
  • General administration including supplier contracts, IT/Telecoms, Library, HR, Occasional Reception cover, events and seminars, pupillage matters.
  • Renewing subscriptions and submissions to legal directories.
  • Business Administrator Level 3
  • Training as required will take place remotely and completed over 18 months.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The purpose of the role is to provide effective and efficient assistance by assisting with facilities, finance, compliance and general administrative duties. Applicants should demonstrate-

  • An ability to deal with conflicting priorities
  • A high standard of inter-personal skills

Communication skills, IT skills, Attention to detail, Organization skills, Problem solving skills, Administrative skills, Number skills, Logical, Team working, Initiative

  • GCSE or equivalent Math and English (Grade 5-9) Essential
  • Full training will be provided however this role requires a commitment to undertake a Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship
